There are many renditions of this story that I’ve heard but I shall tell you one that I heard when I was a child. In the ancient days, as viking-kind was finding it’s footing in the Archipelago, there were many other beings that walked alongside them. There were dragons, there were possibly even ghosts, but the most mysterious of all was one that brought them so much inspiration. Wolves. What’s so mysterious about wolves you say? These weren’t your run of the mill wolves that skulked about in the forests. These wolves were magic and in touch with the gods. It was said that these wolves admired the Vikings so much that they wanted to live alongside them and they were granted the power to Shift. They could live as wolves or Vikings!
